Rick's BIO

Rick is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, producer, recording & mix engineer and has been a performing musician for most of his life. He has performed on “both sides of the glass”, bringing experience, guidance and understanding to the performer in the studio. 

Throughout Rick’s career, he has been committed to delivering exceptional sound, whether in the studio or behind the mixing console. With extensive experience within the music, sound recording, film & TV and live sound production industries, Rick has earned a reputation for creativity, technical precision, and professionalism. 

Rick has worked with a wide range of clients, bringing expertise in both analog and digital recording techniques to every project. 

Rick’s formal education began with a technician diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from Radio College Canada (RCC), followed by attending the Recording Arts Program of Canada. Rick attended Loyalist College, where he upgraded to an Electronic Engineering Technologist and received his Business Accounting Diploma. Rick has been  a professor/educator teaching audio at Loyalist College in Belleville and has been for the past ten years.
